The mission of the Whitfield County Board of Elections is to ensure federal, state and local elections are conducted timely, responsibly, and with the highest level of professional election standards, accountability, security and integrity, intended to earn and maintain public confidence in the electoral process
Objectives
- Provide public education with respect to voter registration and information
- Conduct elections in compliance with all federal and state laws
- Maintain data relating to registered voters, elections, apportionment, and districting
- Streamline office operations and conduct elections in an efficient manner
